 How long does shipping take?

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, because of the nature of the products sold we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

My item came damaged, what do I do now?

Please contact us here or send us a direct message on instagram

When will X item be restocked.

It often differs and can take up to 3 months for us to restock on a specific product, however, there are some items we do not restock.

My order was cancelled or there was a partial refund issued.

Please check your contact email or number. We often send an explanation there, but there could have been damaged or our system over sold a product. 

Why is shipping more expensive when purchasing shoes?

Shipping prices are calculated by the weight of an item and shoes range from 1lb to 5lbs. 

Do you do discounts for first time purchasers?

No, however we do offer discounts for long time purchasers of our brand. 

I bought an outfit from you and want to post a picture of it on Instagram. Will you repost me?

Sure, if your image matches our aesthetic! We do offer discounts to those who take awesome photos of themselves. 

We send you a direct message via Instagram and haven't heard back from you.

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to emails and DMs. We try to get back to all messages Monday- Friday. However, sometimes messages fall through the cracks. Feel free to send us a follow up after this time. 

I saw something on Instagram that's not listed on the website. How can I purchase it?

Please send us a direct message on IG with a screenshot of the post, and that you'd like to purchase it online. We will then create a listing of the product for you to purchase, and send you a direct link. 

I asked you to list something and now it's gone. 

We will list an item for 24 hours on the site for you, unless specified in an IG post a smaller amount of time. Once that time is up we will then delete the listing and sell it in store. If it has been deleted before the 24 hour period, the item most likely sold in store. 

When are you going to carry more M/L, L/XL, and plus size.

Hopefully soon! We are still a very small brand so bare with us until we grow a bit bigger. 

Where is your physical store located?

We are located inside of a club in South Houston. The club is called Ritz Houston. Our address is 10520 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77034. Please see this page for more info on our working hours and club. 

Do you do meet ups for items?

For yours and our safety we only operate inside of the club and online mailing. 

I am looking to be a brand ambassador, influencer, sponsor, etc.

We are not currently looking for any of these things, however, please feel free to send an email including your name, the email you've purchased an item with before, your social media pages, and your pitch. Please DO NOT contact us if you have never shopped online with us before as this is incredibly disrespectful. If you're an in-store shopper and would like to be one of these things then please send a direct message on IG and schedule a time to come and chat in person.
