Orders & Shipping

Processing and shipping times vary by location and the shipping method you select at checkout. For the most up-to-date info, check our full shipping info page here. We ship worldwide — no matter where you're dancing, we'll get your fit there.
Check the email or phone number on your order — we always send an explanation there first. The most common reasons are:

· The item was damaged before fulfillment
· Our system oversold a product (it happens — we're sorry)
· The order was flagged as potentially fraudulent by our system

If something's still unclear, reach out to us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Before reaching out, run through these steps:

1. Check your front door, side door, mailbox, and any building package areas.
2. Ask a neighbor — carriers sometimes leave packages next door.
3. Contact your local post office Monday–Friday, or visit in person. They can pull GPS scan data on where your package was left.

Once a package leaves our facility it's in the carrier's hands — but your local post office is surprisingly helpful if you go in and ask. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. It's why we put detailed sizing info, fit notes, and product photos on every listing. Please read those carefully before ordering — and don't hesitate to ask us a sizing question before you buy if you're unsure.

The sender name on the package is Golddiggers Boutique. We're not shy about the name — but if you need something more discreet, we've got options.

Sizing & Products

Every body is different, so we built a full sizing guide to help you nail it before you order. Visit our sizing guide here. When in doubt between sizes for stage wear — size up. Comfort matters when you're working all night.
Restock timelines vary — it can take up to 3 months to restock a specific product. Some items we don't restock at all. If you're eyeing something that's sold out, join our email list or follow us on Instagram — that's where we announce restocks first.
Not at this time — we are not creating custom outfits for customers. Everything available is what you see in the shop.
