All sales are final — so let us help you get it right the first time. Here's everything you need to know.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final due to the sanitary nature of our products.

Our Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This applies to all items — no exceptions for sizing, change of mind, or delayed delivery.

We know that's a firm policy, and we mean it — which is exactly why we built a full sizing chart and encourage you to reach out before you order if you have any doubts. We know our inventory inside and out and we'd rather help you get it right the first time.

Not sure on your size? Send us your measurements before you checkout — we'll tell you exactly what to grab. We're here Monday–Friday and answer within 1–3 business days.

The Exceptions

When we will make it right.

There are two situations where we absolutely want to hear from you — and we'll take care of it.

Wrong item received

If we sent you the wrong item, that's on us and we'll fix it immediately. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received.

Damaged or defective item

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll review and make it right.

The 48-hour window is firm. Claims submitted after 48 hours of the delivery date cannot be reviewed. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if something is wrong.

Why No Returns?

The reason behind the policy.

We sell intimate apparel — bodysuits, sets, pasties, and dancewear that sits directly against your skin. For the health and safety of every customer, we cannot resell or restock items that have been worn or tried on, and we have no way to verify the condition of returned items.

This is standard practice across intimate apparel — and we think you'd want the same guarantee that everything arriving to you is brand new and untouched.
