We are not responsible for missing packages. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL. Please use your tracking number to follow your package's progress and contact your local post office or the carrier directly if there's an issue.

Packages marked as delivered are often nearby. If you've done all of that and something still seems off, contact us and we'll do our best to help point you in the right direction.
