Description

This exotic dancewear petticoat is a deluxe pink crinoline, built from layer after layer of ruffles for serious volume. It sits just above the knee and makes any short skirt or dress stand out like a ballgown.

It's made for big-skirt Halloween costumes. Put it under our Pink Marie Antoinette Costume to fill out the ruffled cage skirt, or under our Pink Velvet Princess Costume for a real princess shape. On its own over a pink bodysuit, it's a ballerina or a doll.
