This exotic dancewear tutu is a short, fluffy mini made of ruffled organza layers that sit on your hips. Put it over a bodysuit or shorts and you have the bottom half of a fairy, ballerina, doll, or clown costume for Halloween.

Black and gray make a creepy monster ballerina, white is the classic ballerina, and purple, turquoise, neon green, and brown cover fairies, dolls, clowns, and monsters. Add our Iridescent Strapless Fairy Wings and you're a fairy.
