Description

These black opaque thigh highs come with the garter built in: an adjustable elastic band rides above each stocking top and joins it at the front with heart hardware. They're exotic dancewear hosiery in nylon, with a full foot and nothing at all at the waist.

Thigh highs are what I steer girls toward when they hate anything around the waist, and the garter band keeps these from looking plain. From the bar, that strip of skin between the band and the stocking reads like a leg garter, a nice detail with no extra piece to lose in your locker. Since there's no belt to work around, any G-string or high-cut bottom goes with them.
