Refund policy
Returns
For sanitary purposes we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on our products.
Refunds Due to Out of Stock
A refund may be issued if a product is out of stock, or no longer available after purchase. We will contact you immediately via your contact email if this is the case. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days.
Refunds/Cancellations: Potential Fraudulent Charges
We reserve the right to cancel all orders that may be marked as "fraudulent" in our system. We will typically reach out for an ID/Driver's License if this is the case, however we may cancel it without further notice.
Refunds/Cancellations: Previous Customer of a Chargeback
We reserve the right to cancel all orders by customers who may have attempted or even succeeded in disputing a charge with their bank.
Refunds Due to Damaged Products
We reserve the right to refund customers on a base by base situation, although customers must contact us within two weeks of the day the merchandise was received in order to receive a full refund on any damaged items.
Customer Requested Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted with 30 minutes of the order being placed, unless the order has already left the warehouse. All customer requested cancellations will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Customer Requested Product Removal/Exchange
Product switch/removal within 30 minutes of placing your order is subjected to a 3% restocking fee based upon our discretion.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged and we are contacted within a two week period of when the merchandise being received. We reserve the right to deny business with a customer or other business at any time.
