Q: How does the sizing run?

A: One size fits most. The sequin circles cover standard nipple area with room for movement.

Q: Can I wash this?

A: Hand wash gently with soap and fingers if the adhesive loses grip. Air dry completely before reapplying protective covers. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals.
